Mit 13 Jahren jung entdeckte DJ Source, der bürgerlich Jose Estrella heisst, durch die Bad CD von Michael Jackson, die Liebe zur Musik.
Die Faszination zum Djing verdankt er seiner Schwester die damals mit dem House DJ Alberto Telch (DJ Borsolino) zusammen war und Ihm in diesem zarten Alter die Grundlagen beim auflegen beibrachte.
Die ersten Erfahrungen sammelte Jose im alter von 16 Jahren an Geburtstagen von Freunden und Bekannten, in Jugendtreffs und an kleineren Parties in seiner Umgebung, wo er für die Gäste unglaubliche Stimmung sorgte. Somit wurde der Name DJ Source geboren.
Nach bestandener Ausbildung entschied sich Jose aka DJ Source eine Auszeit zu nehmen und widmete sich voll und ganz seinem Beruf. Das Djing wurde in dieser Zeit nur noch Privat ausgeübt.
Seid nun ungefähr 6 Jahren bekamm er durch seinen besten Kumpel MC Black G den Mut und Motivation wieder einzusteigen.
Seinen ersten Club Auftritt hatte er in Zürichs damals angesagten Club Le Bal. Sein erstes Highlight war als er an der Seite von Culcha Candela das Partyvolk mit seiner Musik einheizen konnte und diese zum tanzen animierte. Durch diesen Erfolg öffneten sich für Ihn die Türen in Zurichs Nightlife und somit häuften sich die Bookingsanfragen und Tourliste.
Mittlerweile ist DJ Source kein unbeschriebenes Blatt mehr in Zürichs Partyszene. Somit hatte er auch schon an der Midnight Cat mit Stargast Eve oder Product G&B aufgelegt, Delicious mit Stargast Omarion oder DJ Tony Touch, Beautiful mit Million Stylez uvm.
DJ Sources Stilrichtung und Stärke liegt in der Blackmusic. Doch es heisst, wenn man einer Leidenschaft angeht, sollte man sein Können erweitern und somit auch mit der Zeit gehen können. DJ Source vermittelt den Gästen genau was Ihre Herzen begehren. Von Hip Hop, Latin Reaggeton, Mash up bis House.

At the age of 13 years old, DJ Source, born Jose Estrella, discovered through the Bad CD of Michael Jackson, his love to music.
He owes his fascination for djing to his sister, who was by that time fiancée of the house DJ Alberto Telch (DJ Borsolino), the one who introduced him to the basics in djing.
Jose gained his first experience at the age of 16 years old where he mixed on birthdays of friends and acquaintances, in youth clubs and small parties in his neighborhood. Hence, the name DJ Source was born.
After passing his apprenticeship, Jose aka DJ Source decided to take a break and devoted himself fully to his new profession. During that period, he only mixed for his own and private occasions.
From now, 6 years ago, his best mate, MC Black G gave him the courage and motivation to get the path back into the Partyscene.
By that time, he had his first gig at the well-known Club Le Bal in Zurich. His first highlight was, when he could play his amazing set on the side of Culcha Candela, where he brought the crowd rocking the dancefloor. Through this success, many doors opened him in Zurich's nightlife and thus piled up his bookings and tourlist.
Meanwhile, DJ Source is well-known in Zurichs partyscene. More highlights he had was playing his set for Midnight Cat events with special guest Eve or Product G & B, Delicious events with special guest Omarion or Tony Touch, Beautiful events with Million Stylez and many more to mention.
His style and strength is into Blackmusic. But theres a saying that if you approach a passion, one should broaden his skills, expand his horizont and learn to go with the time. DJ Source gives his partyguests exactly what their hearts desire. From Hip Hop, Latin Reaggeton, Mash up to house.
